Rest @ 98° for 15 min
Rest @ 125° for 20 min
Rest @ 145° for 30 min
Rest @ 162° for 30 min

Added Fuggles at boil.
Boil 1 hour.
Added Cascade in last 8 minutes to finish.
Cooled to 74° and pitched yeast.

We used all of our own grain for this one except the Black Patent
