Added gypsum to water. Added grains at 100°.
Rest @ 120°-140° for 25 min.
Rest @ 140°-149° for 15 min.
Rest @ 159°-168° for 20 min.
Sparged

Added boiling hops and brought to a boil. Added Irish moss in the last 15 min of boil. Added finishing hops in last 2 min of boil.

Note: “double sparked” – ran the water through twice

Note: tons of sediment
