Added crushed grains and gypsum to 2.5 gal water.
Heat to 170°, remove from heat, cover and let sit for 15 min. Sparged grains, added extract and boiling hops and brought to boil. Boiled for 60 min. Added Irish moss in last 15 min of boil. Added finishing hops in last 2 min of boil.
Note: hops and extracts were in 30 min before boil started.
