Arizona batch 2
Brought grains to boil. Sparged at 203°. Added extract. Added hops at 30 min. Boiled another 30 min. Added Cascades with 5 min left in boil. Took off heat and added coffee. Steeped for 5 min and sparked at 205°. NOTE: It too 2.5 hours to cool. Also it took two days to start to ferment
