Brought water up to 100° and added grain
Rest @ 120° for 15 min
Rest @ 140° for 20 min
Rest @ 160° for 60 min
Removed grain, brought to a boil, sparged and added extract, molasses and 2 oz Centennial.
Added Cascade after heat was shut off
Note: next time add 1 lb carapils and additional 1.5 lb 60° Crystal.
