Put 2 gallons of juice into carboy
Put 1 gallon into pot and added corn sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.
Simmered for 10 minutes.
Added this to the carboy, including the spices.
Added the remaining juice on to p of that to mix it up a little.
After 3 days, transferred to secondary and pitched yeast.
Note: Yeast has been very active and consistent for 5 days.
