Brought water to 125° and added grains.
Rest @ 150° for 15 min.
Rest @ 155° for 20 min.
Brought to boil and sparged.
Added 1.5 Hallertauer @ 30 min.
Added 1.5 Hallertauer with 5 min left in boil.
Primed with Honey
Note: 1st time I’ve used Grolsh bottles – I hope they work!
