Arizona batch 5
Mash in at 0. Mash 2 hours at 152-153° (actually more like 150-165 oops!)
Mash out at 168° and added molasses. Sparged with a couple of gallons of water. Boiled for 90 min. Added hops with 30 min left in boil. Took forever to cool.
Note: Never was very active during fermentation, although it was still bubbling a little (looked like champagne bubbles a little) when bottled.
