Note: First batch in Arizona
Added Crystal and Black Patent to 1.5 gal water and brought to boil. Removed grains and sparked. Added extracts and juggles and boiled for 60 min (the last 15 min was a rolling boil). Note: Wort was 205° at the 30 min mark. Finished with cascades with 8 min left in boil. Cooled and pitched yeast. Note: it took a long time to cool 1-2 hours.
